Zonova Tech is a founder-led product engineering studio in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. The people you brief are the people who design, build and ship your software — accountable end to end, from the first architecture decision to the code running in production.

Why boutique

Lean is the point, not a limitation

Fewer hands means fewer projects at a time, and far more attention on each one. That is exactly the trade we want to make: the person who understood your problem is the person who writes the code, and they are still here after launch.

We're a young studio and we say so. What we won't do is invent clients, pad a logo wall or quote metrics we haven't earned. What we have is real: a production platform we built end to end, and a team that stays.

Senior-only, no layers

You work directly with the people writing the code. No account managers, no junior hand-offs, no telephone game.

This is not staff augmentation. We take an idea and own it end to end, from architecture to the app store.
