01

Real ownership, immediately

You won't be shadowing someone for six months. You get real work that ships, and your name is on it.

02

Mentorship from the founders

You sit with the people making the decisions. Questions get answered by whoever wrote the code.

03

Room for students and beginners

We hire interns and fresh graduates on purpose, and we say so in the listing. You won't find hidden 'entry-level, 5 years required' roles here.

04

Work across the Zonova Group

Roles can span our ventures Tech, Shop, Lens and Mist, so the work stays varied.
