These terms apply to your use of https://tech.zonova.lk, operated by Zonova Tech of 41/1 Mihindupura, Mipilimana, Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may read, share and link to anything on this site. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• attempt to disrupt or overload the service; or
• copy our content and present it as your own.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to Zonova Tech. Case studies describe our own work. You may quote short extracts with a link back, but please ask before republishing anything substantial.

Enquiries are not a contract

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Sending us an enquiry, and our reply to it, does not create a contract. Prices, timelines and scope discussed informally are estimates only. Work begins only once both sides sign a written proposal or agreement.

Project work

Each engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms. That agreement covers scope, price, payment schedule, timelines, ownership of the delivered work, confidentiality and support. In general:

• we quote from an agreed scope, and changes to that scope may change the price;
• ownership of the delivered work transfers to you on full payment, except for third-party components and any pre-existing tools of ours, which we license to you for the project;
• we keep what you tell us confidential, and you agree to do the same with anything we share.

Third-party services

This site links to and relies on services we do not control, including WhatsApp and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be online, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, for example lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud. Liability for paid project work is set out in the relevant project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date above, is the one that applies.
