About Zonova
Zonova Tech is a software studio in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. We design and build web platforms, mobile apps and cloud infrastructure for clients, and we build our own products under the Zonova Group, including Zonova Shop, Zonova Lens and Zonova Mist.
We work without layers on purpose. There are no account managers and no training queue. You work directly with the people making the decisions, and the work you do ships with your name on it.
What you'll do
- Own our social channels end to end: plan, write, publish and schedule.
- Run the content calendar so something goes out consistently, not in bursts.
- Make the content itself, including short-form video, graphics, captions and stories.
- Own the inbox: answer incoming email, route what belongs to someone else, and make sure nothing sits unanswered.
- Reply to comments, DMs and mentions, and grow a community that actually talks back.
- Run campaigns for Zonova Tech, Zonova Lens, Zonova Mist and Zonova Shop.
- Track what worked. Report reach, engagement and growth weekly, with a view on what to change.
- Work directly with the founders on brand direction and creative calls.
What we're looking for
- A real sense of design, tone and internet culture. You can tell why a post works.
- Confident written English. Sinhala is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite, or able to pick them up fast.
- Organised enough to run a calendar without being chased.
- Reliable internet, and your own laptop and smartphone.
- Available full-time. This is a full-time remote internship, not a few hours around classes.
Nice to have
- You have run a page, a community or your own brand before.
- Photo or video editing beyond the basics.
- Some understanding of paid ads on Meta or Google.
- Basic familiarity with analytics. You have looked at a dashboard and drawn a conclusion.
